If you’re heading to Road America this weekend for the Sargento 200 NASCAR Nationwide Series / GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, make sure to stop by and check out the NASCAR Performance display which will feature the RK Motors Charlotte NASCAR Edition Camry.
Built as a collaboration between RK Motors and Toyota, the NASCAR Edition Camry is a take-no-prisoners custom that seamlessly blends NASCAR performance and style with street-friendly comfort. The highly modified body sports two doors instead of four, giving the car a sleek, race-inspired look. The paint was designed to be both simple and dramatic, necessary when you are showing the car under the lights at SEMA. Under the hood it packs a TRD NASCAR-spec V8 that displaces 358 cubic inches and cranks out 680 horsepower. It’s backed by a 6-speed manual and a race-inspired suspension that features coil-over shocks and massive 20-inch wheels and tires. Inside, it’s all about luxury performance, with an invisible blending of OEM and custom pieces.
If you’ve ever had questions about the cars or technology behind the NASCAR series, the Auto Experience is here to provide answers through interactive displays, tech talks and driver meet and greets. Combined with full throttle racing, it should be an exciting weekend in Elk Lake, Wisconsin!
